Chess Club
The Indian Hills Chess Club is an ongoing program that any Indian Hills student K-6 may join. Chess masters instruct students in chess at the beginning, intermediate or advanced level. This program intends to impart a strong foundation in chess basics, such as rules, opening and endgame strategies and tournament play. Our hope is that students will improve in their chess, create new friendships and have fun.Who: Any student at Indian Hills Elementary, grades K-6
When: Thursdays, 3:10-4:10 p.m., beginning October 9 and ending April 30, 2009 (2 12-week sessions)
How much: $40 for each 12 weeks of lessons and play. Siblings are $30. Snacks are included in the price.
